Our small family loves travelling and we rely much on our accessories
so we have all the things we need handy. For several months, I have been searching
for a water bottle that is multi-purpose. Those that are readily available are
made of plastic and admittedly price is quite steep.
There was one time when we went grocery shopping at S&R
where we came across Contigo brand beverage holders. For a price of more than php1,000
with two beverage holders I thought, why not give it a try.
The primary reason I bought it was out of stinginess.
Getting two beverage holders for a price of one is not bad. But let me tell you
what I really love about it.
Stainless steel. The material doesn't hold that much of
untoward smell and stain when you place a colored beverage in it. It doesn't
have also the danger of ingesting dangers from plastics.
Vacuum Technology. It holds cold beverages up to 12hours
depending on where you store it. When the holder is stored at room temperature,
it stores cold water pretty much longer. But one instance that when the husband
left it inside the car, the cold beverage wasn't cold anymore after 4hours. As
for the hot beverage, it is very efficient to keep hot beverages really hot not
unless you release hot vapors.
Easy to clean. The beverage bottle comes in two pieces only.
So you will only pour the beverage in and close it with its cap. Its dishwasher
safe too. You can ran over the spout some hot water with a little soap suds and
voila, its clean again!
Autoseal lock. This is a feature that I have seen in some of
beverage bottles. But this bottle comes with two locks. One is to ensure that there will be no spills and you can have control when drinking which is located on the side. Another lock is located on top of the mug for securing just in case the autoseal press button was accidentally pressed. Pretty
genius huh!?
Easy to use. The beverage bottle comes with the container
and cap which makes it easy to use especially for those busy individuals. You will
not go looking for missing bottle covers anymore.
Overall, I am very much happy of what I bought. Serves it
purpose very well for an affordable price too. I just wish there is a larger bottle to those
who stay longer outdoors. It also comes with different colors to chose from. This product is strongly recommended!
