Decorating Gingerbread House With Iced Gems Biscuits

This holiday season, apart from the usual holiday traditions we have at home, I wanted something that I and the children remembers when they grow up. That every time we plan for every holiday, we would recreate memories and reminisce again the past ones. But aside from our usual staycation, which we eventually stopped for some reasons, I thought of doing an activity that I know we will all enjoy. This time, it was made possible by Iced Gems--my childhood favourite snack. 

The Fun

Our Gingerbread house was provided by The Gingerbread House Ph, all we need to do is decorate it with our favourite snack--Iced Gem Biscuits. You see, everyone of us took part in decorating the gingerbread house. All my three kids had a take in the tasks I gave them and the youngest even had a bite even before we started decorating it! HAHA. He said, he was very hungry and thinks that the gingerbread house we are making is very yummy! It was indeed yummy I must say! 

The Memories

In reality, the making of the house was quite chaotic. But, it was all worth it. My kids couldn't stop mentioning it during the entire week and they will want to do it again next year. Yay! You see, no matter how chaotic the process was, †he important thing is my kids had fun eating while decorating the gingerbread house. As much as possible, we spend more on making memories with our kids instead of spending too much on their gifts. This time, we spent it without favourite snack--Iced Gem Biscuits.
