My
family loves breads and pastries. We finish more or less 3 loaves per week and
pastries. But my kids' are really curious as to how their favourite bread is
made and produced considering that they are found everywhere. Just my luck when
I was included in the plant tour together with other mommy bloggers of Mommy
Bloggers Philippines. Too bad I could only bring one child but I didn't know it
will be a day full of activities. Imagine if every mommy brought two kids.
HAHA.

Mommy Bloggers' kids |
We
were picked up by the shuttle and went directly to the plant together with
other mommy bloggers and their kids. I must say that you need to bring with you
energy and enthusiasm as they have so much activities prepared for you and your
kids. This is perfect bonding activity for parents and their kids.
Here
are some of the activities they prepared for you:
1.
Art Fun. They will ask you to paint ceramic bread figurines and make colorful
ID tags that would best describe you and your kids. The kids will also be asked
to color a picture and so many more!
2.
Role Playing. The kids were asked to make a dough, and recipes that you can
make out of Gardenia products. My son had fun doing it and also the fun part
was tasting what he made. Kids were asked to convince mommies why Gardenia
products are perfect for the whole family. The kids also experienced on how to
sell bread as they were able to do hands-on how to be a cashier and sold bread
to their mommies.
3.
Plant tour. We were able to witness how ginormous machines work and able to
produce 800,000 packs of bread per day at the plant tour.
