I Am Thankful

Before anything else, I would like to make a little flashback of my 2013 in a way that I will be able to remember the good things that I should be thankful for. The past year has been tough to us but I would like to dwell only on the good things that it brought us. Well, it may be tough but at least it gave us lessons that we need to ponder on and made us realize on some important things that really matter in our life.

For all the things that happened, I would like to thank the following:

  • To my mom for her undying support in whatever we are on eventhough sometimes you question my decision because you wanted me to honor your opinion still, you respect mine. Thank you also for loving us especially my kids unconditionally. Also for being my shield whenever heat arises. My heartfelt gratitude to you. 
  • To my friends who has been there for me in my grouchy moments, thank you for understanding my hormonal imbalance. You let me feel that I am bound to get cranky some time. 
  • To my newfound virtual mommy friends, thank you for the gift of friendship. At least I know meeting new people and gaining friends is limitless. 
  • To my cousins and siblings, thank you for being there when I need you. You know very much how I needed an extra hand because I despise hiring household help. Appreciate it so much. 
  • To my loving husband, thank for taking care of us and for working so hard to give us a comfortable living. For taking care of the kids when the need arises eventhough you still call me because you can't find what you've been looking for. We love you to the moon and back. You deserve a full body massage. 
  • To my little rascals, you are the reason why my life turned upside down. Mama may be mad at times but I am doing my best to be the best mother to you both. May you grow up to be a good person.

Farewell 2013 thank you for the bittersweet memories, I had so much fun with you. Dear 2014, please be kind to us. I may not be ready but with open arms but let me welcome you to my crazy world. Let's get it on!
