Quick Fix Meal: Corned Beef Stew

Since I am a SAHM without extra help getting sick is a doom for me. I basically rely on myself especially in making myself better. Last week I had my most terrible day due to the change of weather, I got myself rhinitis attack. It made me weak and was sneezing all day and I have runny nose which irritates me. I had to think of a meal which wouldn't cost a lot of my time.

Finally decided to cook Corned Beef Stew which is so easy to prepare and will only need few ingredients.

Ingredients:


  • salt
  • tomato, sliced in quarter
  • ginger, julienned
  • onion, sliced in quarter
  • garlic, diced
  • 1 tin can corned beef
  • 2 potatoes, cubed


Procedure:

Boil the spices in three cups of water. Put in corned beef and let it simmer. Add potatoes simmer until potatoes are cooked. Add salt to taste. Serve.
